1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the okpk website accessible at okpk.vu and all associated services, applications, and content made available by okpk.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by okpk under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by okpk before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Service, referring to payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay operating in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the okpk Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. okpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The okpk Platform is operated for and directed at players residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account or placing any wager. okpk makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than those it expressly serves.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. When registering an account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the okpk Platform. If more than one account is detected under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method, okpk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances at its sole discretion, and withhold any winnings pending investigation of the duplication.

2.5 Account Credentials. Upon registration, you will be issued or will create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of these credentials. okpk will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to okpk support immediately at [email protected].

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Verification (KYC). okpk operates a Know Your Customer verification process in order to confirm player identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure. okpk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that puts the integrity of the Platform at risk. In cases of closure due to player fault, any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may contact okpk support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be resolved. Real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. okpk will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying any dormant account fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. okpk currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). okpk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though your MFS provider may apply daily transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your okpk account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require one business day to process depending on your bank's inter-bank clearing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are available to verified players who have completed KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn once all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. okpk reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual in size or frequency.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional security checks are required.

4.6 Payment Method Consistency. okpk applies a same-method withdrawal policy where possible, meaning withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. okpk may from time to time offer Players bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be communicated to you at the time the promotion is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from bonus play will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. okpk monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Patterns of play that appear designed to exploit bonus offers — including low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or coordinated play between multiple accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse. okpk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. okpk reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without advance notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively participating, okpk will make reasonable efforts to honour commitments that were in progress at the time of withdrawal.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. okpk may offer special promotions tied to events of significance in Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Bangladesh cricket milestones, BPL fixtures, and ICC tournaments. These seasonal promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules and their own specific terms communicated at launch.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the okpk Platform are subject to acceptance by okpk. okpk reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation from the Platform. Placing a bet does not guarantee its acceptance.

6.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at the discretion of okpk or its data providers. okpk makes no guarantee of the continuous availability of any market or odds line.

6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, okpk reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account. Where it is unclear whether an error has occurred, okpk may settle the bet at the correct odds rather than voiding it entirely.

6.4 Match and Event Results. okpk settles bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA, Kabaddi Federation) within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the event. In the event of a result being reversed after initial settlement, okpk will re-settle affected bets in accordance with the confirmed official result.

6.5 Abandoned and Postponed Events. If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed beyond the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players unless the relevant market rules specify a different outcome for such scenarios.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Protection Commitment. okpk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your Account settings or by contacting okpk support.

7.2 Age Restriction Enforcement. okpk strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement. The Platform will not knowingly accept registrations from, or provide services to, individuals under 21 years of age. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be closed immediately and all associated balances forfeited.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel that their gaming behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the okpk responsible gaming tools or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and will prevent access to the Platform for the selected period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period has expired.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okpk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets to exploit in-play betting markets or to manipulate game outcomes in live casino environments.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or in response to a KYC or identity verification request.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, games, or security mechanisms.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after funds have been used to place wagers on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Content. All content on the okpk Platform, including but not limited to the okpk brand name and logo, game graphics and audio, website design, text, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of okpk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from okpk.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games and content on the okpk Platform are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games and content. Your use of these games is additionally governed by the terms imposed by the relevant content provider.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability. okpk endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or events beyond okpk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. okpk will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of Platform downtime, provided that reasonable steps were taken to minimise disruption.

10.2 Wagering Losses. Gambling involves financial risk. All losses incurred through legitimate betting and gaming activity on the Platform are the sole responsibility of the Player. okpk accepts no liability for wagering losses, regardless of the circumstances under which those losses occurred, provided that the relevant games and markets operated correctly.

10.3 Indirect and Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpk excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, okpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data

11.1 Data Collection. okpk collects and processes personal data from registered Players for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement. The categories of data collected include identification information, contact details, transaction history, and gameplay data.

11.2 Data Use and Storage. All personal data collected by okpk is processed and stored in accordance with the okpk Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Personal data is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required.

11.3 Security Measures. okpk uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections to the Platform and applies industry-standard cryptographic storage methods for account credentials and sensitive personal data. Despite these measures, no system is entirely immune to security breaches. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments to Terms. okpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okpk will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Effective Date of Amendments. Amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the update notice. Bets already placed and accepted prior to the effective date of any amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time of placement.

12.3 Termination by okpk. okpk may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. In cases of termination without cause, okpk will return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.4 Governing Language. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any promotions you participate in, constitute the entire agreement between you and okpk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
